31 Natural Hairstyles @ 31 Places around town + Winner Announced

The day is finally here! The challenge is finally over and I have now compiled all the 31 styles that I wore, along with the name I gave the styles and the name of the places I went to take pictures at below. I hope you've gotten to know a bit about my city in the past five weeks. Also, I hope you've been inspired by my level of creativity with the texture and length of my hair. And I challenge you to do the same!

Like I mentioned in week 5 post, I had to make up most of these styles which I am proud of. I tried to copy some styles online, but couldn't because it was either that my hair wasn't stretched enough, a different texture, volume or length or the style didn't go with the theme of the week.  So, I just let my hands, hair and mood decide the style of the day!

Also, because this is also a contest, I have announced the name of the winner at the end of this post. So scroll down to find out.

    1. hey,
I haven't tried the ochre yet and I can't seem to find a YT tutorial or anything on it. I might need to ask you how to use it. I plan to try the rhassoul clay this week though.

    2. Ok no problem enjoy the Rhassoul! not surprised you can't find anything red ochre - it's indigenous to the Himba tribe in Namibia. Very little has been written on this tribe. We have 2 of the artists visiting for 3 weeks -they arrive on Tuesday; join Nharo on FB so that you can meet & greet them and ask about the ochre and their culture as well.

    1. hi TWA4now, thanks for the compliment. It's funny you mentioned, I actually just started a "disciplined" natural skin care regimen after going through some of these pictures and thought I could do better. As you can see from the pictures, I wore very little make up as I am still on a search for a natural make up line. So I guess not wearing make up too much make up and even skipping it on some days and using natural skin care products have really helped my skin.
I actually plan to start posting about natural skin care and healthy eating starting next week, so make sure you keep an eye out for the posts ;)
